How to be referred to us
NHS Referrals:
It is likely that a doctor at a hospital other than the Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust is already treating you. A referral from your current doctor to a specialist elsewhere is called a tertiary referral.
If you wish to be referred to our specialist team you can ask your current doctor to write to us to make the referral. Once we have received your doctor’s letter we can then proceed with your care.
Private Referrals:
If you are currently receiving private treatment and wish to continue to be treated privately at the Hammersmith Hospitals NHS Trust, you will need to ask your current doctor to write to us in order that we may continue your treatment.
